Bulk candles. These candelabrums are flamboyant pieces of hardware made of wood, crystal, wrought iron, brass, bronze, pewter and even antlers. The early process was cheaper than whale oil, but smoked, and had a unpleasant odour. Oil lamps remain very talked-about today, and remain an important provider of light in less developed parts of the Earth. An antique candelabrum using candles can add just the right romantic tone to a bedroom. Be ready to pay a good-looking price for one of those light fixtures as buying one doesn't come cheaply.
